AutoPay
Sign in to Blueprint for Employers to set up AutoPay with a check.
In Person
Pay your bill by cash or check. Receive friendly customer service or shop for plans at our welcome centers across the state.

By mail
You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your member ID or account number.
