If you are living with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, join the Cardiovascular Education Program (HEP). If you join, free information will arrive in your mailbox monthly! No classes to attend, just solid information including:

	You also can call your nearest regional office and ask for a Registered Nurse case manager to discuss the program and receive assistance in enrolling in the Cardiovascular Education Program.
